Choice: we have hundreds of kitchen appliances of all types on display in our showroom in South West London. From popular manufacturers, including Bosch, Neff, Siemens and SMEG, to specialist brands like Lacanche, Liebherr and Fisher and Paykel, we give our customers the opportunity to try before they buy. Whilst we understand the convenience of the internet, we realise customers often need to see the appliances they are interested in buying.
Expertise: every member of our sales team is a kitchen appliances expert. With in-depth product knowledge, and an honest answer for every appliance dilemma, we work hard to give excellent customer service and make sure that our customers are happy with the products they buy. We believe, as well as getting the right price for your appliance, making the right decision about which appliance to choose, is equally important. Our sales team will spend time putting together a bespoke list of appliances for you that meet your requirements.
A full package of customer care: we will help you to find the right appliances for your home, and if required, deliver, connect and install your appliances as well as remove old appliances, and be on hand for any after-sales needs. We will always try to go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy with their experience of our service. As a business we advertise very little and simply rely on the recommendations that come from our customers.
