Q. If I order an appliance online, when will it be delivered?

A. Once an order is placed online, a member of the sales team with contact you shortly afterwards to confirm receipt of your order and advise delivery times. These delivery times vary from product to product.
 

Q. Do you deliver to my area?

A. Local delivery is both available and free.  If you live further away, we will be able to advise if we deliver to you and whether or not there may be a charge.
 

Q. Do you install?

A. Yes, we have our own in-house installers who specialise in fitting all types of freestanding and integrated appliances.  If you buy something that we do not install ourselves, we will be able to put you in touch with someone who can.
 

Q. Do you remove old appliances and all the packaging when you deliver?

A. Yes, we are able to do this for a small charge.  Please see terms and conditions.
 

Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?

A. Yes, for most orders we offer a discount for buying more than one appliances.  This price will not be advertised online and will result from a face to face meeting with you.
 

Q. Do you price match the internet?

A. Yes, we do match internet prices from reputable retailers on a like for like basis.
 

Q. How can I pay?

A. We take most debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers or cash.
 

Q. Do you offer finance?

A. No, I am afraid we do not offer finance.
